Ultrasonic Cleaning

This advanced technology in cleaning chandeliers is available to our clients. Chandeliers are striped down to their component form and cleaned through the ultrasonic processes.

The process involves placing the glass in a cleaning tank with high-resolution ultra sonic waves passing through and around the glass components, using special solutions. After the cleaning process, which only takes minutes, the glass is passed through a rinsing tank, then onto a desalination tank. This removes all traces of cleaning solution and rinses to a crystal clear finish. All without being handled. Only after the desalinated rinse are the components placed into a drying cabinet for the final drying.

The process removes the years of ingrained dirt that accumulate as a natural process of aging bringing the cleaned article to a pristine new condition. Clearly, the time of cleaning is adjusted to the age of the piece allowing our experts to judge how far to clean thus leaving the patina.
